Synaptiq Health AI is intended to support clinical record review by authorized healthcare users. It is a read-only intelligence layer and does not replace the EMR, physician judgment, or source-system records.

These terms are a working MVP placeholder for Synaptiq Health AI and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
No medical advice
The platform is not an AI doctor and does not make autonomous diagnosis or treatment decisions. AI-generated summaries and answers are for clinician review and must be verified against cited source records.
MVP and demo data
Local MVP demonstrations should use synthetic or de-identified sample data only. Do not upload or enter real patient information unless a production agreement, security review, and appropriate compliance controls are in place.
Access control
Users are responsible for protecting credentials and using the platform only for authorized clinical, administrative, or evaluation purposes. Access may be approved, suspended, or revoked by an administrator.
Source citations
AI answers should be grounded in available records and citations. If information is missing or uncertain, the platform should say that it is not found in available records.
Production deployment should include finalized customer terms, business associate agreement handling where applicable, security requirements, uptime expectations, and data-processing terms.
