Synaptiq Health AI is a physician-facing, read-only clinical intelligence layer over fragmented medical records. It is not an EMR, not a patient portal, and not an AI doctor. The hospital EMR and connected source systems remain authoritative.
A patient's history is scattered across hospitals, clinics, labs, imaging centers, and pharmacies. Records arrive incomplete, duplicated, and inconsistently formatted, so chart review is slow and important context is easy to miss.
Verify clinical access, resolve patient identity, retrieve records from connected sources, normalize them into one reviewable timeline, and let a physician ask questions that are answered from those records with source citations.
This is an MVP focused on physician chart review. It runs on synthetic and de-identified sample data, including the SMART Health IT hosted FHIR sandbox and a hardcoded synthetic demo patient. No real patient data is processed.
It does not write back to source systems, edit diagnoses, medications, or notes, or make autonomous diagnosis and treatment decisions. When information is missing or uncertain, the answer should say so rather than fill the gap.
There is no public self-serve signup. Clinical organizations request access with a hospital email address, an administrator approves the account, and chart access additionally requires an approved request for that specific patient.
