Clinicians who rely on assistive technology should be able to use Synaptiq Health AI. We have not yet audited the product against a standard, so this statement describes intent and current status rather than a conformance claim.
No formal accessibility audit has been performed on this site or on the physician-facing application, and no VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report exists. We therefore make no claim of conformance with WCAG or Section 508 at any level.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the target for both the public site and the clinician workspace. Reaching it requires an audit and remediation that have not yet been scheduled, and this page will be updated when they are.
Pages are built from standard semantic HTML and native form controls, decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology, and interactive controls keep a visible focus state. These are development practices, not audited results.
Because no audit has run, we cannot publish a complete list of known issues. Color contrast, keyboard focus order in the data-dense chart workspace, and screen-reader labeling of timeline, table, and modal content have not been formally evaluated.
If any part of the product is difficult or impossible to use, tell us through the contact form using the Product question or Other topic. Reports from clinicians who rely on assistive technology carry more weight than an internal checklist.
The page or URL, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the browser, operating system, and assistive technology you were using. Do not include patient information in the report.
This statement covers the public Synaptiq Health AI site and the demo application. It does not cover the hospital EMR or other third-party source systems, which publish their own accessibility statements.
No accessibility audit has been completed and no level of conformance is claimed. This statement will be replaced with an audited conformance report before general availability.
